Corporates book apartments for travellers on long term assignments abroad. Corporates are required to coordinate with Property Management Companies to identify and book the apartments, as the apartment leasing suppliers are not on online booking platforms. CABS platform aims to gradually move the resource based management of the apartment booking system to an online system, thereby increasing the efficiency of the process. Over a period of time lot of advantages can be derived out of this system, which includes predictive modelling.
Booking process is not online with Property Management Companies, back and forth email communication and confirmations are to be handled with manual process.
Reports keeping track of the extent of accommodations booked, available units, inbound and outbound dates, etc. and manually maintained with dedicated human resource.
CABS platform provides an end to end solution to cater to Corporates long stay accommodation requirement oversees. The platform will provide technology solution which handle bookings, confirmations, maintenance of records, reports generation and business analysis tools.
Initially the solution will be through outsourcing of the process and the existing system of booking continues seamless. The process will however have automation of the backend process.
When the CABS platform is implemented, we open our portal to the traveler himself, who can go through the entire booking process online, and we also onboard the suppliers on to our portal. A Link to our CABS portal shall be placed on corporates website.
Once the system is completely implemented, with the available travel database of the company, extensive reports can be made available for most optimised utilisation of the CABS platform
